MY SERVICES…
I offer the following services:
(Note that these fee structures are a broad outline and are dependent on the specific project.)
ROOM DECORATION PACKAGE
Normally, I charge a flat rate for this design service, which includes the selection of:
Furniture & artwork
– Accessories
– Window treatments
– Flooring & lighting
– Paint and colour selection
– Kitchen or bathroom items
You will receive the following:
– Mood board
– Sample board
– Schedule containing details & costs of various items
FULL DESIGN PACKAGE
Generally, this design service is charged at 10% to 15% of all the costs incurred. It may also include overall project management, i.e., the selection of tradespeople and oversight of their work, if the client desires this.
However, the trades are normally paid separately.
– Furniture

– Flooring
– Lighting
– Window treatments
– Paint and colour selection
– Kitchen or bathroom items
You will receive the following:
– Mood board
– Sample board
– Schedule containing details & costs of various items to be purchased
– Floor plans
– Lighting and electrical plans
– 3D models are charged separately
