Right through my career, I have loved all forms of design. Having been a jewellery designer for many years and having had a successful stint working in fashion and apparel design, I have gained extensive experience across many areas of design. I believe this has given me an eye for detail and a persistence in delivering the best possible product at all times. In an interior space, the details, when done just right, can determine the overall success of a project.
Another very important aspect for me is the people who utilise a space. People are the essence of any home, work or play space. Each space is inhabited in a highly individualistic way, which is very important to the designer tasked with changing that area.
By working with the unique needs of so many people throughout my career, I have learned to listen carefully and read between the lines to create a full picture of what is needed, even when the client does not fully realise this themselves.
Whether working with the clean-cut lines of a modern style or within, for instance, a more cluttered bohemian style, I feel equally comfortable creating a satisfying outcome. I believe employing a professional designer to create a functional and aesthetic space can truly enrich your experience of your living or work area.
